​Hi, I'm Kristin Kidd, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Eco-Nutrition Educator. I help women and men take the guesswork out of aging well, naturally - using a food-first, lifestyle-supported approach. No crash diets. No quick detoxes. Just sustainable, personalized support rooted in science, nature, and your unique lived experience.

Assessment

We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique needs and goals. I take a deep dive into your health story  using a detailed intake process to guide your personalized plan. 

Progress Tracking

Weekly check-ins keep you on track with personalized support, accountability, and education - empowering you to make meaningful, lasting changes at a pace that fits your life. 

Personalization

Using insights from your assessment, I develop a personalized nutrition plan. Each recommendation is grounded in science and targeted to restore balance, boost energy, and support your vitality.

Feedback

Your feedback is essential to the process. Using your weekly log, I review how things are going and adjust your plan as needed - so it stays responsive, realistic, and aligned with your goals. I use a Good, Better, Best approach because life isn't rigid - and your health plan shouldn't be either. It's a two-way dialogue that keeps your progress personalized and on track. 

Support

Your daily rhythms, rituals, and movements are backed by physiology - not trends - to support you. With so much health noise out there, my role is to cut through the confusion and offer clear, personalized guidance - so you can move forward with confidence and consistency. 

Integrated Care

I believe your health shouldn't exist in silos. True wellness is a team effort. That's why I collaborate with your healthcare providers, to complement their care. Clients are  referred to me by their MDs who want to help their patients optimize nutrition for chronic conditions like autoimmune, inflammation, and hormonal imbalances. Together, we create a more integrated and personalized path to health - with you at the centre.

    A Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) looks at the full picture - your symptoms, lifestyle, habits, and goals - to help you feel better naturally. I use food, movement, stress management, and supportive routines (rooted in science and nature) to support your body's ability to rebalance and thrive. 
  • What is your approach to nutrition and supplementation?
    I believe in a FOOD FIRST ALWAYS philosophy. Our bodies are designed to absorb nutrients from whole foods, and food-based solutions often work synergistically in ways that supplements can't fully replicate. That said, I understand that everyone's needs are unique and recognize that there's a time and place for supplementation. 
  • Do you take body measurements or track weight?
    No, we don't take body measurements - and we won't focus on the scale, either. Instead, we look at how you feel: more energy, better digestion, improved sleep, fewer cravings, steadier moods - and create lifestyle habits that support your body from the inside out.  When you start to feel better, your energy increases, and your mood lifts - and those are real results. Many clients notice that their clothes start to fit more comfortably, and they feel more confident in their own skin. That's the kind of progress we're aiming for - sustainable, empowering, and rooted in real well-being.  My 'measurement' of success is how you feel in your body, every day.
  • Do you work with other healthcare providers?
    Absolutely! Your health is multi-faceted, and working together with your existing care team helps create a more complete picture. I believe health should never operate in silos. A collaborative, team-based approach supports your well-being from every angle - physical, emotional, and nutritional to provide truly holistic and well-rounded care that addresses your full well-being.  
  • Does my insurance plan cover Registered Holistic Nutritionists?
    I am a fully Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a recognized registration number. Coverage for my services may vary depending on your employer's health benefits plan. Many plans do cover nutritional counselling, so I recommend checking directly with your insurer to confirm if my services are included. I'm happy to provide receipts for reimbursements if applicable.  
  • How long before I see results?
    Every body is different, so timing can vary. Most clients notice positive shifts - like more energy, clearer digestion, and better sleep - within the first few weeks.  Real, lasting change takes consistent effort and commitment. It's a partnership, and your active involvement plays a big role in how quickly you feel better. Together, we work to create habits that support you for the long term - helping you feel your best, day by day.

Raised with the timeless wisdom passed down from my grandmother and mother, I learned early that food is far more than fuel - it’s care, connection, and the very foundation of well-being.

While raising my own family of five, this deep respect for holistic health only grew stronger, eventually inspiring me to pursue it professionally.

​

That passion ultimately led me to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Today, I channel that same dedication into helping others create healthier, more vibrant versions of themselves through practical and sustainable nutrition.

As my grandmother always said, “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have much.” That truth continues to guide everything I do.
